• The device is designed with good expansibility, if add the heating control device, it becomes the hot filling machine.
• The bottle type adjustment of each unit is realized by turning the handle, which is simple and quick.
• The filling method adopts new micro-pressure filling to make the filling speed faster and more stable. Compared with similar models, it has higher capacity and greater efficiency.
• This machine adopts the omron programmable controller (PLC) to control the whole process of production , and the input bottle chain can change its speed through the frequency converter to ensure the whole process flow and efficiency.
• The operation of each unit is detected by optoelectronic components. The automation is high and the operation is simple.
• It is necessary to change the filling unit to low vacuum filling method and equal seepage filling method. The low vacuum filling method (Z type machine) is suitable for glass bottle filling wine and soy sauce, etc. The sealing method can be aluminum cover and plastic cap.
• The PET bottle is filled with the isosmotic filling method (d-type machine), and the plastic bottle contains CO2 drinks. Is the ideal beverage choice equipment.
