Application

The machine integrates air cleaning – filling – sealing system in one. • The filling system adopts servo motor control, rotary filling, high filling accuracy, suitable for filling high bubble liquid, can be self-absorbed when filling water type liquid.
• Screw filling system can be applied to any screw cap. The contact material of the bottle cover is soft silicone resin, and this material will not be scrapped.
• The hopper is equipped with a liquid level detection system, easy to operate and easy to adjust.
• The air purification system effectively removes dust and impurities to ensure product cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adjustable molds can be applied to different sizes of bottles, only slightly replacement can be completed.
