• The concept of CGF series mineral water production line is specially designed for filling in sanitary environment.
• Due to the free-standing transfer star wheel, the outer surface of the packing is much less than that of the conventional system.
• The innovative design also has the goal of making the machine easy to maintain, and it can expand at any time without conversion, for example, with an additional hat feeder.
• Omron PLC system provides an ideal solution for conducting non-carbonic acid filling products because the filling is accurately measured by induction flowmeter.
• All filling process steps can be easily and independently programmed to adjust to the products and containers to be filled.
• For all variations of CF series non-carbonated products, the container is transported by machine through neck processing. This, and through the induction flowmeter (IDM) fill volume determination to ensure high flexibility and short conversion time;
• Depending on the pitch circle, use a central or tubular ring bowl;
• The product feed pipe connects the product tank to the filling valve. In each connection pipe, there is an induction flowmeter, which measures the number of products flowing through the pipe by the conductivity of the product.
• The filling process starts after the container is centered and is realized by free jet method.
