Product Features

Flexible design, by setting parameters can control different filling. The production demand of the filling head is 6-head, 8-head and 10 or more, suitable for all kinds of bottle filling (including different bottle) range from 25 to 1000 ml.
The intelligent control system is equipped with a bottle counting procedure. No bottle or bottle can be filled without filling, ensuring accurate measurement.
It can be used for filling of non-viscous liquid, such as liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, condiment, syrup, mineral water, edible liquid, chemical liquid etc.
Each filling head measurement can be individually adjusted to achieve the same filling measurement.
There is no leakage in the filling process. all components contact with materal is made of SUS316L or SUS304, no secondary pollution.
The filling precision time of pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 second, which can control the measurement accuracy within 1%, reduce unnecessary material loss and improve economic benefit.
High quality stainless steel frame, easy to operate, easy to maintain, small noise, long service life.
