Filling Main Features:
- Adopt advanced magnet clutch, adjustable torque, ensure safe and reliable cover.
- Adopt Siemens PLC as the center to carry out full automatic control, use pressure transmitter and electromagnetic pneumatic valve to measure liquid level, keep the filling pressure balance and ensure the stability of liquid level.
- In order to ensure safety, all parts in contact with the beverage are stainless steel 304/316 polished on surface, which is easy to be cleaned. The sealing material is epdm rubber, without the second pollution.
- To ensure cleaning, a new type of filling valve designed for plastic bottles is used. The backflow air and liquid in the tank are insulated.
- Multi-functional, for different bottles you only need to change a few parts in the machine.
