Product Description

The production line is used to fill in pure water, mineral water and other non carbonated beverages.

All of the machine parts that are in contact with the liquid are made of food grade stainless steel 304. The core related accessories are from the international famous brands.

The design of the machine is reasonable, stable and safe. In the case of the same size of the bottle mouth, a variety of bottle shapes can be filled with only part of the replacement parts.

The main functions of the equipment are rinsing, filling and sealing.

Rinse: hold the bottle neck, rotate the stuffing board, reverse the bottle, rinse and spray the bottle, so that the bottle is completely cleaned.

Filling: the gravity filling holds the bottleneck, the liquid level is controlled accurately, the filling is ensured according to the predetermined capacity, and the filling valve will not produce the leakage with the special reflux technology.

Seal cover: using the magnetic torque bottle holding sealing technology to minimize the damage rate of the cap, and make the sealing effect to the best state.

Fully automation by PLC control.

Capacity range could be from 1000 to 40000BPH
