The series of bottled water filling lines is used to produce bottled water from three to five gallons. Different models can provide the production capacity from 100 to 5000b/h. The whole production process is as follows: the empty bucket will be transported smoothly through the conveyor belt, which will remove the bottle cap. Those hats can be recycled after cleaning and disinfection. Then the barrel is sent to the external brush washing machine to take full and hot alkali, pure water rinsing. After rinsing, the barrel is sent to the washing machine. The bottle is rinsed with hot alkali, disinfectant and pure water. Then the water treatment system provides purified water. After sealing the cover, the bottled water is sent to the shrink wrapping machine, and the sealing shrinkage package is carried out. The whole production process is controlled by PLC, so the bottled water production line is automatic. Through the control panel, the user can visually monitor the working status of each mechanical part and operate conveniently.
