including standardized milk ,whole milk, skimmed milk with variouse of fat contents.

According to the difference of raw materials, production methods and packaging, we use different production processes,commonly include the following steps:

Milk Reception → Pasteurization → Homogenization → Yogurt making →Milk Storage → Packing → Refrigeration → Hot water generator → Laboratory → Install and commissioning.

The main equipments of our production line is as follows:

1. Milk reception or powder & water mixing unit.

The main application of this product is to prepare and mix the milk.it support both fresh milk and powder milk,

2. Mixing and sugar melting unit.

it has Mixing machine and heat system,the main application is to mix and melt the sugar and supply hot water, before taken to mixing tank (blending tank) the syrup will be cooled.

3. Pasteurizer and homogenizer.

This part is to kill the bacteria, thus ensuring the safety of products.The homogenizer is used to make the products more homogeneous which can help to improve the quality and prolong the shelf life of products.The degasser is used to remove the air that is mixed in the product. According to different products types and filling types, the pasteurizer is strictly chosen to suit the plant.

4. Storage or yogurt producing unit.

5. Filling or packing unit.

we can pack the milk with different types automaticlly including all kinds of bottle such as PRT bottle, HDPE bottle, glass bottle, gable bottle, , plastic bag, and plastic cups and so on.

6. CIP cleaning system.

With automatic and semi auomatic option, you can make your own decesion for ecnomic case or high advanced case.

7. After treatment equipments including conveyer, package or pallet etc.

8.Assistant equipments like steam boiler, air compressor and cold water unit etc.

9. Other Materials for the product pipes , power pipes and also electrical .
